5. Confirm your email address 📧
Double-check that you've entered your email correctly and hit confirm.

6. Enter your CPR number under Employment 💼
This is a unique identifier for employees in Denmark - we'll need it to ensure your employment status is accurate.

7. Choose your skills 🛠️
Let us know what skills you bring to the table so we can match you with the right jobs.

8. Add your payment details 💰
We'll need to know where to send your hard-earned cash!

When will I be paid?

Navigating the ins and outs of salary periods and payment days can be a headache, especially when they vary from employer to employer. But don't worry, we've got you covered! Here are the answers you're looking for. 👇🏽

Salary period 📅
Our salary period spans from the 16th of one month to the 15th of the next. That means if you start a job on May 16th, you won't receive payment until July's salary is disbursed.

Disbursement of salary 💰
Getting paid is easy-peasy - salary disbursement is handled automatically through our platform. Once your approved hours are logged, payment is processed on the last weekday of the month.

Do I have to pay tax on my salary? 🧾
The answer is yes, unfortunately. But don't fret - Peebls takes care of the tax side of things for you! We automatically obtain your tax card from the Danish Taxation Authorities (SKAT), ensuring that taxes are paid from your salary and that you're fully compliant with the tax rules.

What do I do if I am sick before a job?

We hope you never have to deal with sickness on the job, but if you do, here's what you need to know.

What should I do if I get sick and can't make it to a job? 🤒
‍Cancel the job as quickly as possible! Call Support Team at 5196 9670 during our opening hours (8:00-20:00 Monday-Sunday) to let us know you won't be able to make it. We expect you to do this as early as possible, giving us time to find a new temp to take your place.

What if I need to give notice outside of Peebls' opening hours?
‍Don't worry, you can still let us know! Send us an email with your details:

Full name
Start date and time of the job
Name of the job
Name of the company

What happens if I don't notify Peebls?
Unfortunately, if we don't hear from you at all, we'll have to deactivate your profile. Your profile will be deactivated. We understand that things come up unexpectedly - just be sure to let us know as soon as possible so we can keep things running smoothly for everyone involved! 🙏

I have applied for a job but cannot make it anyway, what do I do?

Can I cancel an application for a job I haven't been confirmed yet? ✍️
Yes, absolutely! If you're not yet confirmed for a job, you're free to cancel your application for jobs as you please.

What if I'm already accepted for a job and can't make it? 🤔
If you've been accepted for a job, both Peebls and the employer expect you to show up. If you suddenly find out that you're unable to work, please let us know immediately by calling Peebls at 5196 9670.

Can I apply for multiple jobs at once? 👍🏽
Yes, you can apply for as many jobs on our platform as you like! However, if you've applied for multiple jobs that overlap in terms of their start dates and times, your other applications will be automatically removed once one of your applications has been approved.

How do I apply for a job?

Step 1: Apply for the job 👍
First things first - you'll need to apply for the job you're interested in. You can find all available jobs under the "jobs" tab on our platform.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation 📲
Once you've applied, we'll need to confirm your application. You'll be notified of this confirmation through a notification, so make sure to download our app and allow notifications.

Step 3: Confirm attendance 💰
48 hours before the job is set to begin, we'll ask you to reconfirm that you're still available and ready to work. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and that the job will go smoothly!

Where do I find my jobs? 📆
After you've completed the first two steps, you'll be able to find the job under the "Upcoming" tab on our platform.

Hos do I change my hours if I left early or stayed longer?
Once the job is completed, you can change your hours if needed under the "Completed" tab and get paid for your hard work!

Proof of Identity

If this is your first job with Peebls, you'll need to upload your proof of identity in the profile. Secondly, you have to send us your criminal record. You can find and download your criminal record for free at borger.dk/straffeattest. This is a requirement that most companies have for their employees, so we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Who decides the hourly rate for a job?

We understand that knowing how much you'll be paid is important, so here's some information about our salary policies at Peebls! 💸

In general, your salary will follow the temp act and the applicable rules of the union agreement for the company you work for. If the company you work for doesn't have a union agreement, your salary will follow the temp act, as outlined in the temporary staff agreement. 👍🏽

This means that you'll receive the same salary as an hourly-paid permanent employee at the company (without seniority) who performs similar work tasks. However, because different companies and union agreements have different wage scales and structures, your hourly wage may vary from job to job depending on the job title, the company, and union agreement in place.

Rest assured that we'll always do our best to ensure that you receive fair compensation for your work, and we're happy to answer any questions you might have about your salary. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any clarification! 💪

Do I have to pay tax when I take jobs through peebls?

The answer is yes! When you complete a job at Peebls, we'll pay your salary at the end of the month and take care of the tax payments for you. ✅

This is necessary because both you and we have to comply with the applicable tax rules. In Denmark, it's required that all employees pay personal tax and labor market contributions. 🧾

Fortunately, we've got you covered! All you need to do is fill out your profile on Peebls with your bank account details, and we'll take care of the rest. When we deduct tax, we automatically collect your tax card from the Danish Taxation Authorities - SKAT. This is done on your first salary payment. 💰

You always have the option to change whether we use your primary or secondary tax card. If you'd like to read more about the Danish tax rules, you can check out skat.dk. You can also log in to your tax profile there to see and change your personal information.

When will I be paid?

Salary and tax is not the most exciting topic, but it is something that just has to work properly! Salary periods and payment days can differ from one employer to another and therefore it is not always easy to navigate in.

Here you will easily get the answers you are looking for! 👇🏽

‍Salary period 📅
Our salary period is from the 20th to the 19th in each month. This means that if you for instance have a job on September 21st, your salary for this job will be disbursed in your salary for October.

‍Disbursement of salary 💰It is very simple! - Disbursement of salary is happening automatically through the platform. The salary is paid for your approved hours on the last weekday of the month.

‍Do I have to pay tax on my salary? 🧾The answer is yes! Peebls is automatically obtaining your tax card from the Danish Taxation Authorities - SKAT. In this way, the tax will automatically be paid from your salary and we make sure that both you and peebls are complying with the tax rules.

What do I do if I am sick before a job?

Cancel the job as quick as possible if you get sick 🤒
If you have become sick and need to cancel a job at short notice, it is important that you call Peebls on the number: 70 25 87 41 and let us know immediately, so we have the opportunity to find a new temp for the job.

You can call at any time during our opening hours:
8:00-17:00 Monday - Friday.
12:00-16:00 Saturday - Sunday.

If you need to give notice outside our opening hours, you can write a message to us in where you state:

Your full name
Start date and start time for the job you are sick for
The name of the company

‍If you do NOT let us know: If you do not notify us at all when you have been prevented from showing up for a job, your profile will be deactivated. Your profile will then be deactivated for 3 months before you can ask for permission to have it activated again.

I have applied for a job but cannot make it anyway, what do I do?

If you are not accepted for the job yet: As a temp, you are free to apply for and unsubscribe from jobs if you have not been confirmed by the employer yet ✍️

‍If you already are accepted for the job: Both Peebls and the company expect you to show up if you have applied for a job and have been accepted. If you suddenly find out that you are prevented from working after the employer has approved your application, please call Peebls immediately by phone: 71 74 72 74

‍Can I apply for several jobs at a time? You can apply for all the jobs on the platform that you would like to take. If you have applied for more than one job in the same period of time, your other applications are automatically removed as soon as your application for one of the jobs has been approved by the employer 👍🏽

When do I know if I have been chosen for the job?

Once you have applied for a job at Peebls, there are 3 steps that must be completed before you can show up for the job 🧍

You must apply for the job. All the jobs you can see at the "jobs" tab are some you can apply for or already have applied for 👍

Then the employer must confirm your application for the job and you will be notified of this. (You'll be notified through a notification or an SMS - you can change your notifications on the app by clicking "profile", "edit" and scroll down to the bottom) 📲

When the employer has chosen you, you must reconfirm that you would like the job, just so we ensure that you want to show up ✅

Once this is done, you can find the job at the "engagements" tab. Here, you find both the jobs you have to show up for and the jobs you've already been to.It is also at the "engagements" tab, that you subsequently approve your hours, so you can be paid your salary.

‍When it is your first job at Peebls: When this is the first time you are having a job through Peebls, we will ask you to send your criminal record to our email: hello@peebls.com. You can find and download your criminal record for free at: borger.dk/straffeattest 📩

This is a procedure we have, as most companies require that their employees have a clean criminal record 🤗

If the company itself does not have a union agreement, the salary is following the union agreement according to the specific work, cf. the temporary staff agreement 💰

You will, on the basis of the principle of equal treatment, receive the same salary as an hourly-paid permanent employee at the company (without seniority) who performs similar work tasks🧍

Therefore, your hourly wage can vary from job to job, depending on what job title is, which company you work for and which union agreement is being followed.

Do I have to pay tax when I take jobs through peebls?

The answer is yes! When you have completed a job at peebls, you will be paid your salary at the end of the month, and we will make sure the tax is paid on your salary 💰

‍This is necessary because: Both you and we have to comply with the applicable tax rules. In Denmark, it is required that all employees pay personal tax, labor market contributions, and A-tax. Fortunately, this is something that we as your employer are taking care of 👌

‍The only thing you have to do is: Fill out your profile on peebls with your bank account details, so we can pay your salary and make sure that tax is paid on it ✍️

When we deduct tax: When we deduct tax on your salary, we automatically collect your tax card from the Danish Taxation Authorities - SKAT. This is done on your first salary payment. We automatically use your primary tax card if this is available, and if your secondary tax card needs to be used, you can let us know by e-mail: hello@peebls.com 📥
